终于会吃有馅料的包子
弘亦的爸爸说想吃沙葛包子,说会帮忙削沙葛,怎知做到一半就嫌难了。到头来,还是要妈妈来完成。
厨房的事还是女人强一点啦!
包子皮食谱:
面粉 500g
细糖 100g
酵母 半大匙
白油 50g
双倍发粉 1大匙
水 240g
1. 全部材料,除了双倍发粉,打至成光滑的面团。再加入双倍发粉,继续搅拌。
2. 用布盖着面团,让它发酵至双倍大。
3.将面团分割成每个80g,先搓圆,再擀成圆形,包入馅料,捏成包子形。
4. 放置发酵约15分钟 ,用大火蒸15分钟。
